Appreciate your Teachers
I couldn't imagine being a school teacher; for any grade. It takes a special person to take on that task, to take our children under their wings in fill their minds with knowledge. This year my daughter had a teacher that she said was one of her favorites and to be honest I think she was mine too. She took the time to help my daughter and give her the direction she needed. I am not sure how other schools in the rest of the United States work, but now a days kids don't even come home with homework anymore so it is hard for us parent to know what they are learning, on top of that they have changed the way they learn so now we have to jump on You Tube just to find out how to add a different way.
With all of these changes in our school it is so important for children to be able to at least get along with their teachers but it is awesome when love having that individual as a teacher. So this year I decided to use my new found craft to 1. give myself more practice and 2. give 2 awesome teachers gifts they deserved. I know both are pretty popular in the tumbler world but they were good for a beginner.
We finished their gifts with cute vases that look like large Glue sticks. We both received sweet thank you notes from her teachers.
Take the time to thank your teachers, show them you appreciate what they do for your children no matter what it is. They are the one's that are helping mold our children and our children are the future.
